Whenever joining or entering a server after a loading screen, the game still runs but you're stuck on the screen: ambience can still be heard, the day counter is still moving and you can still take damage, being completely unavoidable.
Steps to Reproduce
One example is exiting a cave during dusk or night. A bat will inevitably bite you at least once, being unavoidable.
P.S: With the example video, take note on the elipsis suddenly stopping once audio is heard.
