I can't adore gravestones with flower, there is no button for this

Steps to Reproduce

Get Wendy's skill "Grave beautification", and try to adorn on of the gravestones

Go to bugs

Does this mean you can't move a grave or put a pipspook on one? I don't play Wendy and my partner was trying to ask me why something with the graves wasn't working when trying to put one near our base and I suspect it was something similar to this.
