Slow Attacking on Switch

I noticed that on the switch the attack speed is slower than usual. If you look at both of the videos, you can see that on the pc version you can attack a lot faster. It's way harder to get 4 hits in on a treeguard on the switch since you attack slower, and it affects gameplay a lot. The first video is the Switch version, while the second one is the PC version.
