Secondary player insight progress lost on another Switch

When playing on a different Switch, using Cloud Save to resume an existing world on a different Switch, insight progress for the second split-screen player was lost.

In case it matters, A owns DST on Switch X as "primary", while B owns DST on Switch Y as "primary" (that is the only way this split-screen play works in the Switch ecosystem with two Switches).

Steps to Reproduce

We have two players, A and B, and two Switches, X and Y.  A was playing as Wolfgang and B was playing as Woodie.

1. World started on Switch Y with A as first player (world owner) and B as second player split-screen

2. Played for several hours over a few sessions and accumulated 4 insight points

3. Using save cloud to transfer the world, started DST on Switch X, again with A as first player and B as second

4. Noted that for the first time, A gained insight without B gaining insight. (A's insight tree was as it was on Switch Y).

5. When B next gained insight we noted that B's insight tree did not have any points invested.  Invested the one point available.

6. Via save cloud, started the same world again on Switch Y and noted that B's insight tree was as at the end of step 5, but B now had 3 additional insight points available to spend.
