Question for spool characters

I have a question about spool characters, if I were to get a character with spools on my account the log out, will I still be able to play as it

Steps to Reproduce

Buy a character such as wurt with spools on a account then log out and go to the character select screen to see if they show up

You realize this system creates tickets on their end, and they now need to get someone to close this ticket.
