No longer receiving gift boxes in-game

I was receiving gift boxes when I started playing last week, but ever since I received a gift box just as I was disconnecting from the server,

I haven't received any gift boxes in-game. Is there a bug preventing me from receiving in-game gifts?

There has been around 10 hours of online, multiplayer game play since receiving the last gift box.

I am still able to receive the daily login gift boxes.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

Disconnect from the server just as the player receives a gift box.

The gift box should never be opened.

Go to bugs

There's a limit to how many gifts you can receive a week through playtime. The gift drops will reset every Thursday, allowing you to get more through playing.

I thought the weekly in-game limit was 8, and I think I was at my 4th or 5th gift. I’ll see if I start receiving gifts again after the Thursday reset.

Alrighty. Hopefully you got all your stuff, I know I lose track of how many I've gotten and get sad when I realize I hit the limit. Let me know if it resets for you!

I’m now receiving in-game gifts after the reset. Maybe it was the limit after all…thanks for the help!
