Crab king not spawning

my astral detector won’t show anything anytime I use it so I don’t think they spawned in.

is there any other way I can fight crab king or summon celestial champion?

Steps to Reproduce

Somehow get a waterlogged biome to spawn very very close to the crab king circle (like about 3 boat distances away)

I have 500+ days on my world and I really want to get the enlightened crown but I can’t unless I kill crab king and get his celestial altar piece.

I don’t want to have to start a new world. Is there a way you can force crab king to spawn, even if it is in a new location.
