We are playing on our secondary switch, our primary has our children playing with no problem but we'd all like to play together in LAN. My husband (his account purchased the game) is able to launch the game just fine. But when we go to add a player we encounter the notice "This user cannot play this software. Visit the Nintendo Support website for more information support.nintendo.com/switch/activate"
It is insane to me that we are unable to play a split screen game because both accounts have not purchsed the game because we are on a secondary switch. Please fix this.

Go through all the steps to play offline.
Add a user as player 2 who has not purchased DST
