Can't choose the power to the right at the start of the run when playing with tefframeter AND the next room is to the right (2 players)

You can only choose the power to the left for player 2 at the start the hunt, when playing a zone with the tefframeter, and if the next room is to the right.
The second power (the one to the right) has no option to choose because it is behind the meter, i tried moving a little and spamming F to choose it but it didn't work
