While dodging speed is supposed to make your dodges faster, they don't work in mission. This is especially apparent with heavy equipment, as you're supposed to hop around much faster with dodge speed, but instead retains the original dodge speed. This affects both equipment that gives dodge speed and also one of the heart passives that also gives dodge speed. Dodge distance works fine however.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Put on some dodge speed bonus, not dodge distance however as that works correctly.
2. Enter a mission.
3. Be sad when your dodge speed is normal instead of buffed.
