Luck has a few effects in the game, most noticeable being the Material and Teffra duplication.
I believe these 2 effects specifically only trigger for room-clear and kill rewards, and not when other sources spawn these items.
This feels like an oversight, and I think it should allow for luck to trigger on any source of these spawning, similar to how luck can effect every heal instead of something specific, like potions.
There was also an ability for Luck to upgrade a power when it was spawned from a drop, this effect no longer applies, I believe since the power drops were reworked into their current form.
Unsure if this was an intentional change, or if it has broken and gone unnoticed.
Also not a bug, but a related suggestion.
Luck should partially lend its stat into increasing the chances of any positive events, such as ???'s Coinflip succeeding and Dues Ex's chance for lightning to strike, luck seems like a very underused stat at the moment, and linking it to these events would greatly increase the impact it has during runs.
Luck Duplication
Equip Quetzi Headpiece and 3 luck gems for increased luck
Clear a teffra/material-room - landing a succesful roll, the teffra/materials will have additional rewards highlighted in green
Spawn teffra/materials from Gems/Powers/TreasureBundles - these triggers do not function with the luck stat
Lucky Powers
Equip Quetzi Headpiece and 3 luckgems for increased luck
Clear a power-room
A successful roll should cause one of the powers to have upgraded, and display this information by having its name appear in green text - this roll no longer occurs
