Ice Volley counts all attacks, not just light attacks

Pretty simple, the Ice Volley power counts all attacks and not just light attacks, at least for cannon.

Ice Volley: Every sixth Light Attack shoots three Ice Chunks.

I don't think I need to take a video of it, but here's a screenshot: Using the Sporeshot and planting a mine is stacking and triggering Ice Volley. Either the text on the power is wrong or the power itself is bugged. Even if it was light and heavy attacks, I don't think laying down a mine is considered an attack in the first place? Not sure on that one.
