Wanda Rift Watch Spawning on Ocean.

Was Transporting a Statue and upon use of the Rift Watch the Time Rift spawned on the Ocean not allowing me to Jump In.

I was on Land when I used Rift Watch.

Use Rift Watch near Ocean.
