(Visual bug) wet dirt showing as dry "Reap what you sow"

The game won't register the dirt as wet while it's raining, just as the rain stops, the game "fixes" and begins to show it properly. I can't be sure if the rain caused it or it was me leaving and re-entering the safe file. Could be that it happens in both. [Bottom picture shows the dry dirt while it's raining and the upper one with the issue fixed as it stopped raining].
