Stages playbill wont reapawn after it spawned in water and sank

When I first launched my world it was before the stage was a thing and so like any bit of code you have written so far it had spawned in the corner of the deciduous biome and had the playbill on water with everything else pressed up to the edge of the land

I put a boat there so I could try to reach it and it decided to attach to the boat,it eventually sank and the playbill went with it

Now I can't do any lore based dialect with it

could you please make it replaceable or respawnable
