Server not responding error friends can’t join world

I am the friend. We both have ps5 and we can't join each other worlds. We can join other people's worlds but not each others.

Please look into this problem my friend phoenixstar0110 can’t play together on dst any more on each others world!!!

 It has seriously left us frustrated and disappointed!

 We were playing together on a lights out world! Created it together and now we are locked out of each other’s worlds!!!

 We are looking at other games we can play! Have to move on from dst which we have played over 5000 hours! to other games.

 

this has been going on for almost a week We like to play this game but now we can't play together which is the whole point of this game! We will be looking for other games to play and that leaves me frustrated. It has been four days since Cosmodog has left this complaint and not a single person has left a reply. what kind of support is this?

Stop we took to fix this problem:

1. Tried joining with invites 

2. tried joining through the browse

3. Tried joining vie friends list

 4. other friends can join just Phoenix is block

5. checked ban list for the world and friends

6. She has a ps5 and soo do I 

 other friends with ps5 and ps4 can join no problems.

7. Besides this problem, our worlds do keep discounting randomly. We have not found a common factor.

 It is the same error ‘server not responding’

and all my PS5 have the same issues!!!

i don’t know if you guys fixed or not but, Phoenix can finally join my worlds and I can join hers.
