Retrofitted world not getting access to new content.

My game currently has the latest update and yet I'm unable to access the final room in the sanctum. When I reach the waypoint after having activated the archives, it states that access is denied until a future update. The compass that helps find that final room also seems to have not generated in the retrofitted world as I've checked each sanctum room, including the one wit the tables which I've seen online, it's often found in. Please address as console users need to purchase an online membership just to play this game online, and now we're unable to access the new content.
