Wendy can't drink potions with morning glory II skill.
While waring Wraith's Wreath, there is no option to drink potion herself, it can still only be given to Abby.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Wendy

2. Get Morning glory II skill

3. Craft a potion e.g. Revenant Restorative

4. Craft Wraith's Wreath and wear it

5. Try to drink a potion

Have you tried dragging the potion to your wraiths wreath in the head slot then drinking it that way?

After making a new world (getting a pipspook quest completing it) getting the wraith wreath I was able to drink revenant restorative with the drag to head slot method.
