One of my friends characters on my world reset

After the most recent update on PS4 (the wilson refresh), one of the 4 people that play on the world had their character reset.

He was playing Wanda and now has to repick a character losing everything.

I tried rolling back to the morning of the day and it didnt fix his problem.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know how to reproduce this but he just lost his character
