On January 28, I had problems with the DST game. I play with PS4 pro, the game was purchased on my account, automatic download of updates is set, wi-fi works fine. During the game everything froze,I have a strange lag,and then the game got crashed.When I open the game again,there was a message “error of loading data”,I will upload a screenshot of that down below.And after I picked the variant “load saved data from reserved copy”.And after this everything I have in game, save files,-was gone, and especially-my 2500+ days world was wiped out in some reason((( Klei support don’t want to give me any compensations,or help me to restore my beloved world, he was gone not because of my mistake, or something, it was a Klei technique issue.And here are some screenshots of my beautiful world, where I spend 300+ hours of my life… Hope anyone and somehow can help me to restore it, I beg you.
I reinstalled the game twice, tried to restore backups, checked for updates - none of this helped. From my side everything worked well and was followed.
