Yesterday I attempted to log in, and at first it failed to log in. The second time I successfully logged into the game I was met with the free loyal rewards(pig king hat, staked heart, and swoon emote) again. After opening them again I found that my skins and spools has disappeared, my world save remained but I had to re-select a character.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
