Greater Generator III inefficiency bug

So there is some inefficiency bug when using planar strike and Greater Generator III. Not completely sure how to explain, if needed I can provide a video.

Steps to Reproduce

Have Greater Generator III Insight

Fill Gemenator with 2 Shards and 1 Briliance

Build 3 catapults

Start Spamming Planar Strike (You are able to spam them)

Start walking/planar striking sometimes a tiny bit out of bounds

Greater Generator III stops applying and Gemenator goes to overcharge
