Upon constantly reopening the world (via rollbacks or by just starting server), the Eye of Terror spawns, whether it's day or night. It does not despawn if it spawned in the day.
The terrarium isn't even touched at all at the times of this occuring.
He appears to not leave until defeated when this happens.
Steps to Reproduce
• Make a world
• Kill eye of Terror (doesn't happen on worlds when he's not dead)
• Either reopen the world constantly or Rollback constantly
• Don't go looking for him, he will spawn on you
