Estoy experimentando un problema persistente con Don't Starve Together en mi PlayStation 5.
Mi ID de PlayStation es: corvodeadpool
El juego siempre muestra "Desconectado" o "Sin conexión", y no puedo conectarme a los servidores de Klei. Por este motivo, mi colección de objetos no se carga y mi personaje Wortox, que compré, permanece bloqueado.
Ya he intentado los siguientes pasos para solucionar el problema:
- Reinicié mi PlayStation 5 varias veces.
- Comprobé mi conexión a internet
- Se utilizaron diferentes redes (incluido el punto de acceso móvil).
- Se cambiaron los ajustes de DNS
- Se restauraron las licencias en PS5.
- Reinstalé el juego
- Intenté vincular mi cuenta de Klei de nuevo
A pesar de todos estos intentos, el problema persiste.
Me encuentro en México y este problema ocurre cada vez que abro el juego.
¿Podría comprobar si hay algún problema con mi cuenta o con la conexión al servidor y ayudarme a resolverlo?

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:
1. Restarted my PlayStation 5 multiple times, including full shutdown and power cycle (disconnecting from power for a few minutes).
2. Verified that my internet connection is working properly. I tested connection speed and stability, and other online services and games work without issues.
3. Tried different networks:
- My home Wi-Fi (Telmex)
- Mobile hotspot from my phone
The issue persists on all networks.
4. Changed DNS settings manually on my PlayStation 5:
- Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
- Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
5. Restored licenses on my PlayStation account.
6. Logged out and logged back into my PlayStation Network account.
7. Reinstalled the game completely.
8. Attempted to link and re-link my Klei account through the official website.
9. Verified that my PlayStation account is set to online status and connected to the internet.
10. Waited on the main menu for extended periods to allow the game to connect to servers.
Despite all these steps, the game still shows "Disconnected" and does not load my item collection or purchased content.
