Hi!
Since the newest update our game started freezing and then crashing as soon as we enter our couch co-op world. It’s an online world.
As soon as we connect to the game (and Maxwell and Wendy just stand there awkwardly during the winter snow), it freezes and then disconnects and kicks us out of the game back to the ps4 HomeScreen.
We tried rebuilding the database and turning off some events, but it didn’t help. We don’t use mods, our world is 700+ days if it’s of any help.
We get the CE-34878-0 error.
1. Enter a couch co-op game with two players online
2. Load in during winter (after the Deerclops, if that helps + we have Glommer, kittens and Abigail, the lunar rifts are on, and the map is mostly filled), when it snows.
3. Freeze and be kicked out to the Home Screen. That’s that, even the heated stone doesn’t help with freezing
