Controller constantly vibrating

Hi! Since the new update my PS4 controller won’t stop vibrating, unless I turn off all vibration. It is vibrating for everything except for being hit - for fighting, for example, it vibrates with each hit, as if somehow the vibration settings reversed. This issue is present at multiple saves 

Steps to Reproduce

Open a game on PS4 with default settings for controller

Controller starts vibrating

Get hit - it won’t vibrate :(

Same thing on ps5 .

Constantly vibrating while walking on diffrent turfs gethering etc .

Just a bit overtuned in my opinion .

Hopefully it will get tuned down a tad .
