Can't switch consciousness if sonic invoker circuit is off cool down

As the title says, if you plug in the sonic invoker circuit, you won't be able to switch bodies until you out it on cool down 

Steps to Reproduce

Plug in sonic invoker circuit

Try to switch consciousness 

Go to bugs

yes I have the same problem and it is also on blocking circuit and to clarify this its only blocking if you try to switching from the map,but when you change your body when it's next to you, it works
