Can't repair the ancient gateway

Turns out it wasn't a glitch and it's my entire fault. Make sure that there are nightmare creatures or else the beckoning hand won't spawn, since I don't know how to delete a post, I will leave it here with this comment.

Just happened to me few min ago... 2nd time defeating him the past 2 weeks which is not easy on console lol

Nvm i alo figured it out, i had to turn off the rift settings then go back in world, then turn it back to default then defeat the FW. GL!!

Thats whats wrong then,

I thought my world was glitched. 

My portal is not working. Charlie and the shadow hands do not appear.
