[Bug Report] Roto-mapper doesn't work with Blocking circuit

As the title says you can not control the roto mapper if you have the blocking circuit plugged in. Im not sure if it is specifically a console issue,or if it's with any other circuits

Steps to Reproduce

Have a Roto-Mapper deployed, and a blocking Circuit plugged in.

It also doesn’t let you use the remote transfer to chassis by map, I was wondering why I couldn’t do it on one of my chassis’.
