Archives generating without fountains of knowledgee

Exactly the same issue, every single thing spawned except the fountains of knowledge which is super annoying considering how much time and effort I put into my world

 

Same issue I put a lot of effort into my world just to find out day 180 that my world has no fountains.

It might be because of world generation since I did change it for the caves by putting loops on never and branches most maybe that caused this issue?
