When switching the game to Windowed mode. The entire Screen (Game / Desktop) flickers black and then comes back. Very noticeable when switching worlds / Star map, But can also just occurring when letting the game run (every 15 or 20 seconds)
Happening in both with DLC activated and deactivated. Doesn't appear to be save specific as it occurs in old save, new game or even in the game loading screen.

Occurs everytime I play.
Tried playing at different windowed resolutions and Low textures - Same problem.
Restarted the game after putting into Windowed Mode - Same Problem.
Validated Steam Files - Same Problem.
Updated Nvidia Drivers to latest (472.12 - Release 20/09/21) - Same Problem.
Soon as you switch to full screen it stops occuring.
