The game crashes during loading of my save file. This save file has quite a few hours of playing on it. Mods have been used, but none that added extra buildings. The cycle account is around 6000-7000 cycles
Even with all mods disabled, the game still crashes with the following error:

Steps to Reproduce
1. Start the game
2. Disable all mods & restart
3. Load the following save file (note that the save file was located inside \cloud_save_files\<my steam id>, instead of save_files like th ehelp text explains)
