Water Sieve Freezing Output

Hello,

My closed-loop water sieve system has started to output freezing water, thus breaking the pipes. I've attached images confirming that polluted water is going in at 73.4 F and is being output around 27.7 F. Saving and reloading has fixed the issue for now, but I thought I'd raise awareness.

Steps to Reproduce

I cannot replicate this bug, but I speculate that playing for an extended period of time may be the cause.
