Unable to pick slime/things on ground

This is for Spaced Out! For some reason there are objects on the ground that don't register when I hover the cursor over them, as per pictures 1 and 2. The third picture is a continuation of picture two after I dug out the tiles below the slime, after which it can be normally interacted with. The sweep tool does recognise the slime, but even then I can't directly click it, only the sweeping icon. The problem disappeared after I restarted the game, I'm sorry I didn't think to get the output log before that! The attached log is after I restarted the game. Again, sorry!
