Unable to close message about research complete in UI scale > 100%

Unablу to press close button on research complete message box when UI scale is set to 115% or above.
This bug may happen when mods are present and adds some text (i don't tested this).
Please fix soon.

Steps to Reproduce

Set UI scale 115% or above.
Receive message about research low resistance conductors technology (or another)
Expected: Close button visible, message box scaled to fit.
Actual: Message box goes beyond the screen boundaries and close button not displayed.
