The Oxygen Mask Station balloon that shows icons such as deconstruction is not correctly placed; it is currently placed in the absolute bottom right corner of the building, when ideally it should be lower-bottom center (in line with other buildings).

Steps to Reproduce
1. Construct Gas Mask Station.
2. Start a deconstruct errand. The balloon for the deconstruct graphic is in the incorrect place.
