Tooltip for consumables anchored above the cursor instead of below

Contrast it with every other menu I tested (research, priorities, skills).
Because it is floating above the cursor, tall textboxes go outside the screen.
Maybe there is a good reason for the anchoring to be different for consumables, but I can not think of one since consumables is a menu near the top of the screen.

The issue has been reported for the base game forever ago, but I did not find any reports for Spaced Out.
