Having too many duplicants, and then scrolling down in the skill window causes the duplicant's head to scroll to the top of the window where it shouldn't.
Steps to Reproduce
Can only verify this happens when spawning in too many duplicants. Need to verify that it happens when naturally spawning duplicants via a printing pod.
