Temperature overlay for unpowered solar panels is only partially applied, similar to this bug:

 Maybe this is already the case in the base game, didn't verify.

Steps to Reproduce

Build Solar Panel, leave unpowered, switch to temperature overlay.

Same thing happened to one out of a number of newly constructed storage bin. No idea what's different about this one opposed to the one next to it. Reloading the save clears up the issue.
