Sweep tasks use priority of Storage Bin instead of Sweep task itself

I have several Sweep tasks set at priority yellow alert, and a "Sweep Only" Storage Bin set to store all items at priority 5. My only dupe on the map ignores the Sweep tasks in favor of priority 9 tasks. I attached two screenshots to demonstrate.

I'm using build U39-490405-50.

Preferred outcome, the Sweep task is evaluated as priority max(storage_bin_prio, sweep_task_prio). I believe this used to be the behavior in past versions.

Steps to Reproduce

a) Create sweep tasks at yellow alert

b) Create Storage Bin set to "Sweep Only" with all items enabled, at priority 5

c) Create other tasks at priority nine

It used to work well, but in the latest version a lot of things seem broken. I think it even worked well in previous versious of the DLC, pre-official-release! I think someone rushed out a release for a christmas deadline... :lol::lol:

Hmm, I could be wrong. I just have this memory of playing one of the early releases, pre-launch, and not noticing any of these issues then. It could totally be me just not paying full attention to those things though!
