Apologies for 'grouping' a few bugs together but they all have the same theme; The Spice Grinder is missing many of the same mechanics as it's kitchen counterparts.
They are:

Unlike the Microbe Musher, Electric Grill & Gas Range (which have this option), Spice Grinders cannot Forbid Mutant Seeds. This means valuable seeds could potentially be used for cooking, which isn't great

Unlike Most Buildings in Oxygen Not Included, currently Spice Grinders do not have the Priority Scale. This affects their ability to be efficiently used in-game to spice different varieties based on prioritization, which would greatly boost utility.

3. Unlike the Microbe Musher, Gas Range and Electric Grill, Spice Grinders do not prevent food in their inventory from losing freshness. This goes against the design pattern of the other food buildings (Though I concede this could be intentional, it's seems more likely to be an oversight)
Steps to Reproduce
I have attached a save with a bookmark (Shift+1) for Kitchen for convenience, but the following is sufficient:
- Place a Spice Grinder. Note that it does not have the Forbid Mutants and Priority System.
- Configure to spice perishable foods.
- When the food is loaded, the food will perish over time.
