Soiled suit message and stress rising without suit

I experienced the same issue today. I had teleported a dupe to a new planetoid together with his suit. On taking off the suit on the planetoid, the dupe had continuous stress and the soiled suit message. Re-equipping the suit and then removing it again fixed the issue.
