Skill Scrubbing Negates the "Skilled" Trait

Scrubbing a duplicate that has a skill from a trait negates that skill from their tree. While you still don't get negative morale from selecting it, you need to now have all the previous points in that tree. This makes scrubbing dupes with the mech. engineering trait very annoying, as you now have to spend a lot of extra morale on something you already had.
