The Scout Rover who's battery depleted cycles ago suddenly starts working again when i launch a new rover there.
Steps to Reproduce
I'm not sure. However, it happened when i launched another rover(3rd one yet) to the asteroid. The rover that started working again is the second rover i sent. Which got triggered by the third rover.
