When using the preinstalled Russian translation, Localization.GetLocale().Code is not properly set. I believe this is because the Russian strings do not declare "Language: " in the header. This means that mod translations may not work properly if the developer is not aware of this edge case (it is possible to work around, but it shouldn't be required).
Steps to Reproduce
Switch language to Russian
Access Localization.GetLocale().Code
See that it is not "ru"
