Rockets will not land at the rocket pad. Setting the destination through the map and clicking land here on the pad both do not work. Removing all buildings around the pad does not fix and neither does rebuilding the pad.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch rocket to orbit around another planet and attempt to land it where it launched from.
