Rocket modules operable without a platform

Rocket modules can exist and still operable after the platform is destroyed. Dupes can access command capsules and spacefarers just fine. The rocket wall provides complete insulation from outside temperature and has ambient space radiation by itself even when built at places of 0 rad. This allows players to build rocket indoor for non-space mission purposes like using the radiation for radbolts or mutant farm without getting close to the surface, or telescope the space at home. Please disallow dupe access to those modules without platforms or set the platform to must be built at a non-obstructed spot exposed to space.
