Rocket Deconstruction Yields Free Steel

Upon deconstructing the rocket nose module, I was provided with 2400 kg of steel. I'm nowhere near steel production at this point.

Deconstructing rocket modules.

This is very easy to reproduce. Specifically, you have to deconstruct a Command Module, of either the Nosecone or Standalone type.

What's happening is that when you deconstruct a command module, anything and everything that's still inside the module is reduced to its base components and ejected out of the rocket. The default tiles (walls, windows, etc.) are made from steel and diamond, and are counted as part of that tally, so when you deconstruct the rocket, those are counted, and generate about 600kg of diamond and 2000-3000kg of steel.

The obvious fix, of course, is to make it so that the costs of building one of these command modules ought to be exactly equal to the amount of material that's generated inside the module. So the actual cost of a Command Module should be something like 600kg of diamond and 2000-3000kg of steel. Or, the tiles inside the module should reflect what was used to build it, i.e. 600kg of glass and 3000kg of copper builds an interior made from glass and copper.

I discovered this yesterday when I deconstructed the nosecone in my map.  I received something like 2400kg of Steel.
