Resources lost when deconstructing in Spacefarer modul

As seen in the attached figure when I deconstruct some pipes/wires/anything in the outer wall of the modul sometimes the debris ends up either on top of the modul where I can't access it anymore, or simple just falls off at the sides (also seen in the fig). And although the rocket stands on a platform at an asteroid the resources that fall off at the sides do not appear at the asteroid.

It's a minor inconvenience, but is still strange behavior.

I wonder that in case I deconstruct the modul do these lost resources also pop back with all the stuff which was inside the rocket?
