Random Crashes across multiple saves

I continue to experience in game crashes across multiple save files, specifically on one machine. The issues does not seem present on my other PC.  It just began yesterday when the game suddenly froze during play. I have un-installed and re-installed the game to both of the different SSD's in my PC and used REVO to remove the game as well as just the general steam uninstaller. I have verified the integrity via STEAM prior to uninstall and re-install. My drivers are up to date and Windows is up to date. I have signed out of OneDrive entirely to make all files local again. I can play for anywhere from just launching a save to about 10 minutes before i get the crash screen.

Steps to Reproduce

Play the game normally across any of my saves and it will crash after a seemingly random period.
